About GOFAMINT Mushin District

The Gospel Faith Mission International, GOFAMINT Mushin District was inaugurated on November 20, 2011 by the Region One Regional Pastor, Pastor Dr. Emmanuel Ogunyemi. It was necessary to inaugurate this District since it was carved out of the larger Lagos District which has been in existence for over 30 years of the church’s existence. And so it was that Pastor Dr. Peters Bamidele Ewenla became the first ever Mushin District Pastor on that same day.
GOFAMINT Mushin District comprises of thirteen (13) assemblies scattered throughout Mushin and Oshodi Local Governments in Lagos State. One of such assemblies is Divine Favour Assembly, the District headquarter church where the General Overseer of GOFAMINT Worldwide, Pastor Dr. E.O. Abina worships.
The first Mushin District Youth Ministry Executive was installed in July 2012 comprising of the five Youth Pastors of the District and twelve (12) youth leaders who were appointed by the District Pastor, Pastor Dr. Peters Ewenla.
Mushin District Youth Ministry holds her quarterly programme tagged Success Nite amidst other programmes such as Praise Concert, Singles Summit, Singles’ Mix and the Youth Sunday held every third Sunday in two months.
